Mile has the honour to invite you to take a trip to Torun, a city which, unlike Warsaw, Gdansk or other cities, did not suffer any destruction during the World War II and therefore it is authentic. The city has a lot to offer, also beside the traditional sightseeing and experiencing its historical aspects. Here, Gothic is within reach every step we take. The whole city has been watched over by Nicolaus Copernicus's ghost for over 500 years now.

We begin our trip with a stroll around the Old Town, where you shall see a wonderful Old Town Hall, Artus Court, Holy Ghost's Church, the Tenement Under a Star, the rafter's inn, Copernicus's statue. Then you will have an opportunity to see Copernicus's house, which is believed to be a place where this great Torun citizen was born. Next, our route takes us to the Crooked Tower (Krzywa Wieza), that is to a medieval town tower, taking its name from a significant deviation from the perpendicular (1.40m).

Torun is also famous for delicious gingerbread cakes, baked according to ancient recipes, trying of which is a must when visiting the city.
